Wholesale Terms & Conditions
By viewing and purchasing products from us you are therefore agreeing to abide by our Terms & Conditions here outlined with immediate effect.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning, or prior notification.
1. PURCHASING GOODS
The customer is expected to provide accurate, current and valid contact details, including delivery address, contact name, e-mail and telephone number when placing a wholesale order with us.
Please make sure to check the invoice details thoroughly before making a payment and let us know if any details are incorrect. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect details on the invoice.
Should your personal information, such as delivery address or contact details, change, then you are requested to inform us at email@example.com before any further orders may be taken.
Once the wholesale order has been dispatched, we will not be able to amend the name, address or contact details of the recipient.
2. MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order quantity is 40 items (minimum 5 of each scent/variant).
You can choose any scent and can mix and match products.
3. PLACING A WHOLESALE ORDER
To place a wholesale order, please fill in a wholesale inquiry form at https://www.cbdbathuk.com/cbd-wholesale or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the information about the quantities, products, scents you would like to purchase. Make sure to provide accurate, current and valid contact details, including delivery address, contact name, e-mail and telephone number.
Once all the details have been confirmed, an invoice will be made for payment.
4. WHOLESALE PRICING

Wholesale price list will be sent to you via email.
All pricing is listed in GBP and is INCLUSIVE of VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods.
UK Mainland shipping cost is £10 for up to 80 bath bombs or equivalent products.
Northern Ireland shipping cost is £15 for up to 80 bath bombs or equivalent products.
We accept PayPal or Direct bank transfer.
Payment needs to be made in full before we start working on your order.
7. LEAD TIMES
Once a payment is made, Mind Beauty and Soul makes every attempt to ship out wholesale orders within 7-10 working days with tracked delivery service. If this cannot be achieved, you will be notified as soon as possible.
No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted.
9. DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Mind Beauty and Soul at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
10. ITEMS SENT IN ERROR
In the unlikely event that you are sent an item different to the one which you purchased, please contact us at email@example.com
We will replace the item upon return of unused, unopened item sent in error.
The replacement will only be dispatched once the wrong item has been returned to us and received.
The item must be returned to us unopened. We cannot accept return of an opened item.
11. MISSING ITEMS
Where you believe an item to be missing from your order you must report the same within 48 hours of the order being received.
All items and parcels are checked by two members of staff and so this occurrence is very rare. We will aim to rectify the situation where the product cannot be located. The replacement item will be sent to you.
12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship international orders at this time. We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
You have two labelling options when purchasing our products which are:
- Labels included (additional price of £2.5 per each 50 items ordered)
You will receive products with labels attached. These labels will include all necessary legal information.
You will also receive additional front labels for fairy dusts, bath salts and balms (loose in an envelope, it is up to you to use them or not)
If you choose to receive legally required labels for the products, you can still attach your own additional labels to the products showing your logo etc. (suitable for white labelling)
If you are selling products with our labels on you do not have any responsibilities with regards to registering products on the SCPN (Submit Cosmetics Product Notification) Portal.
- Unlabelled (please let us know beforehand if you decide to receive your products unlabelled)
You will receive the products completely unlabelled or with a small label attached showing product name and batch code.
By selecting this option, you agree to follow the necessary labelling regulations as required by law. It is your responsibility to follow the legal guidelines and we will not be held liable for any misprint, errors, claims or inaccurate labelling when individuals choose to self-label.
If you choose to label the products yourself, you will be considered a responsible person and you must register each product you are selling on the cosmetic product notifications service. This can be done by accessing the service through the following link: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/submit-a-cosmetic-product-notification
If you fail to register products on the SCPN, we cannot accept any responsibility for any action against you by any governing body, such as trading standards. To sell a labelled product that has not been registered on the SCPN is illegal
If you are selling in person or online, you must have somewhere on your display, next to the product in question, a sign with the following information: the product name, usage instructions if not obvious to the product name/type, safety warnings, the full ingredients list including all allergens, product weight (not required for single use products), the product use by/best before date, the batch number and our manufacturing details "made in the UK by Mbns Bath LTD, DN12 1BU".
You can include your business name in the example of "made in the UK for *your business name* by Mbns Bath LTD, DN12 1BU".
This must be done for each and every product on your display.
If selling online, you must also state the same information on your web listings.

Mind Beauty and Soul collects the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information is used to process the customer’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Customer data is encrypted via a secure payment site.
Mind Beauty and Soul will not sell, or pass on, customer details to any third party. If you order from us, we may contact you about your order and we may, on occasion, e-mail or write to you with information/ updates about our products and special offers.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will use reasonable endeavours to carry out our obligations in a reasonable time but will not be liable to the customer for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays and we will not be deemed to be in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform, any obligations in relation to this agreement, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. If prevented from carrying out our obligations we will notify you in writing.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on our website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
As with all new products, it is advisable to check on a small area of skin before main use. Some essential oils used contain potential allergens. Those are clearly stated in the ingredients list in accordance with current regulations. In some individuals those substances can cause adverse reactions.
Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and are fully safety assessed (according to our safety assessment by an independent cosmetic chemist) and found to be safe and in compliance with regulations. We do not accept responsibility for the misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion and check with a professional if in doubt.
All products are checked carefully before dispatch to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration of the products due to the customer’s incorrect storage conditions e.g., exposure to direct sunlight, heat etc. The customer should ensure that the products are stored in cool and dry conditions prior to use.
