By viewing and purchasing products from us you are therefore agreeing to abide by our Terms & Conditions here outlined with immediate effect.
We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning, or prior notification. You should make note of our Terms & Conditions prior to making any purchases on our site.

1. PURCHASING GOODS
The customer is expected to provide accurate, current and valid contact details, including delivery address, contact name, e-mail and telephone number when placing an order with us.
Please make sure to check the contact details thoroughly before making a payment. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect details entered.
Should your personal information, such as delivery address or contact details, change, then you are requested to inform us at email@example.com before any further orders may be taken.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to amend the name, address or contact details of the recipient.
You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched in accordance with the shipping/postage option you selected.
We accept PayPal or Direct bank transfer.
Payment needs to be made in full before we start working on your order.
3. LEAD TIMES & SHIPPING
UK Mainland: free delivery on orders over £40, orders under £40 will incur a £1.99 delivery charge and orders under £20 will incur a £3.99 delivery charge.
Isle of Man: free delivery on orders over £40, orders under £40 will incur a £2.99 delivery charge and orders under £20 will incur a £4.99 delivery charge.
Once a payment is made, Mind Beauty and Soul makes every attempt to ship out orders within 5-10 working days with tracked delivery service. If this cannot be achieved, you will be notified as soon as possible.
No returns will be accepted.
5. DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Mind Beauty and Soul at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
6. ITEMS SENT IN ERROR
In the unlikely event that you are sent an item different to the one which you purchased, please contact us at email@example.com
We will replace the item upon return of unused, unopened item sent in error.
The replacement will only be dispatched once the wrong item has been returned to us and received.
The item must be returned to us unopened. We cannot accept return of an opened item.
7. MISSING ITEMS
Where you believe an item to be missing from your order you must report the same within 48 hours of the order being received.
All items and parcels are checked by two members of staff and so this occurrence is very rare. We will aim to rectify the situation where the product cannot be located. The replacement item will be sent to you.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship international orders at this time. We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
9. DATA COLLECTION
Mind Beauty and Soul collects the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information is used to process the customer’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Customer data is encrypted via a secure payment site. Mind Beauty and Soul will not sell, or pass on, customer details to any third party.
As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will use reasonable endeavours to carry out our obligations in a reasonable time but will not be liable to the customer for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays and we will not be deemed to be in breach of this agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform, any obligations in relation to this agreement, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. If prevented from carrying out our obligations we will notify you in writing.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on our website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
As with all new products, it is advisable to check on a small area of skin before main use. Some essential oils used contain potential allergens. Those are clearly stated in the ingredients list in accordance with current regulations. In some individuals those substances can cause adverse reactions.
Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and are fully safety assessed (according to our safety assessment by an independent cosmetic chemist) and found to be safe and in compliance with regulations. We do not accept responsibility for the misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion and check with a professional if in doubt.
All products are checked carefully before dispatch to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration of the products due to the customer’s incorrect storage conditions e.g., exposure to direct sunlight, heat etc. The customer should ensure that the products are stored in cool and dry conditions prior to use.
